Attorney

Rhea is an experienced Junior Attorney-at-Law working on matters of Judicial Review, Public Administration, Constitutional Law, Civil Litigation, and Employment Law.

She frequently appears in the High Court of Justice and has appeared before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council where she held the capacity of instructing Attorney-at-Law .
Her prior work experience as an intern and paralegal before being called to the bar in 2019 has afforded her a vast knowledge in her fields of practice.

Rhea also attended brief training programs in the United Kingdom where she learned the necessary procedures required of an Instructing Attorney-at-Law with regard to drafting necessary documents for filing at the Privy Council. This experience has been cultivated into an asset to the members of her Chambers and her clients alike.

Public Law remains her focus area of practice as she is most passionate about the Rule of Law.

Rhea also partakes in legal aid clinics for various constituencies offering free legal advice to citizens.

She has also participated in the oversight of both General and Local Government elections where she took an active role in ensuring the Rule of Law was upheld at all junctures.
She has also acted pro bono on various cases central to the welfare and treatment of animals.
