At Sovereign Chambers, Johanna currently focuses on judicial review, civil and criminal litigation,
conveyancing, probate, immigration law, insurance, contract law, family law, and company law. She
is actively involved in contentious and non–contentious matters and routinely drafts pre–action
protocol letters, pleadings, and legal opinions. While serving as an Associate at Johnson, Camacho
& Singh, she worked extensively in property and conveyancing law, preparing agreements for sale
mortgages, discharges, deeds of assignment, and powers of attorney. She also engaged in civil
litigation and estate matters, including probate, administration of estates, and the resealing of grants.
Her role required in–depth legal research in adverse possession, breach of contract, fraud, and unjust
enrichment and she often did tort and contract law matters and drafted opinions on liability and
quantum.
Johanna demonstrates excellence in drafting legal documents, preparing litigation strategies,
conducting in–depth legal research, and advocating on behalf of clients. Johanna is fluent in Spanish
and holds additional qualifications. in forensic psychology, which complement her legal practice.
